Your satisfaction is our priority. If a fragrance does not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with current legislation.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (the plastic film/cellophane must be intact, for hygiene reasons specific to perfumes).
- The request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
How to return an item?
- Email us at myparisperfumecontact@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions within 24 business hours.
- Ship the package with tracking (return shipping costs are at your expense, unless there was an error on our part or the product is defective).
Refund
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days to your original payment method. Damaged product or order error on our part? We will send the correct item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
